DACO is led by Dana Sirbu — a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, governance, HR, and operations across international scale-up and established organisations. Dana has supported businesses through growth, transformation, and global expansion — partnering with boards, CEOs, and multicultural teams to implement strategy, manage complexity, and build strong yet flexible internal structures. Her expertise spans financial reporting (Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, and US GAAP), people management, compliance, and cross-functional execution — always with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on long-term value creation.

Background

Dana holds a degree in Finance and has strengthened her expertise in Swiss accounting, tax, and fiduciary practices through selected coursework from the TREX program at Romandie Formation. She worked with companies in sectors such as technology, medtech, professional services, and investment structures — including startups, SMEs, family offices, and international groups. This combination of technical training and executive experience allows DACO to support clients with both precision and perspective – whether they are scaling, restructuring, or establishing a new base in Switzerland.
